Our Policy

Delivery fees are not included in the rental price and are calculated based on the delivery location, distance, and any special setup requirements. Your delivery fee will be provided when you request a quote.

Our delivery fee includes:

• Delivery and/or setup before your event
• Safe installation of the equipment
• Pickup after your event
• Breakdown and removal

We strive to keep our delivery fees fair while ensuring your rentals arrive on time and are professionally installed. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your event location.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Deposits can be sent via Zelle or Cash App to pumpnplaychicago@gmail.com or 312-834-2344. Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery.

We understand that weather is unpredictable. We gladly allow rescheduling due to inclement weather based on availability.

For everyone’s safety, the mechanical bull has a maximum rider weight of 300 pounds. This weight limit cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.

If you have pets, please make sure all pet waste is cleaned up before our crew arrives. Unfortunately, we’ve had inflatables returned covered in pet waste, which requires extensive cleaning and sanitizing. If our team has to clean the setup area or equipment because of pet waste, additional cleaning fees may apply. Thank you for helping us keep our equipment clean and safe for every family

Customers are responsible for providing a working water hose that reaches the setup area. For the best performance, please fill the splash pool only halfway and do not overfill it.

If it begins to rain, have everyone exit the inflatable immediately and turn off the blower. Cover the blower with a tarp or large garbage bag to keep it dry. Once the rain has stopped and everything is dry, remove the cover, turn the blower back on, and continue using the inflatable.

During periods of extreme heat, the vinyl surface may become hot in direct sunlight. Please allow children to take breaks and use dry inflatables intermittently to help prevent burns or heat-related injuries.

Tables and chairs will be delivered to your front or back door unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
